Maranatha: Zambia
Join Maranatha in Zambia and help us to build new classrooms for the Sala Adventist School located 30 miles outside of Lusaka.
Zambia has long been a beautiful place for tourists to visit, with natural sights and wonders pervading the country. But for the Seventh-day Adventist Church in recent years, the focus has been on Zambia for its explosive membership growth. From 2011 to 2024, membership more than doubled. The Adventist Church in south Zambia asked Maranatha for help with the exasperating situation at Sala, and we’ve committed to constructing classroom buildings, staff housing and a church. You now can be part of that mission story too.
Scope:
School Construction:
Volunteers will lay block walls for new classrooms for the Sala School.
Community Outreach:
If we have enough volunteers interested in children or health initiatives, we can include them in the job scope.
